How should I store butter, khoya, desi ghee and nan khatai?
Keep butter and khoya in the fridge in an airtight container and use them while fresh. Store desi ghee in a clean, dry, airtight jar in a cool place with a dry spoon. Keep nan khatai in an airtight tin so it stays crisp.
