Who we are
KhalisPack sells frozen samosas, nan khatai, butter, khoya and desi ghee for delivery in Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us on WhatsApp or phone at 0334 104 9000.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name and phone number.
- Delivery details: your address, area, city, postcode and landmark, and your map location if you choose to share it.
- Order details: the products, quantities and totals in your order, and any notes you add.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected by standard web hosting logs.
How we use it
- To receive, confirm, prepare and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order, including delivery updates and issues.
- To handle complaints, refunds and replacements.
- To keep the site working and secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
How your order reaches us
When you place an order, the details are sent to us through WhatsApp and our order system. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and has its own privacy policy. Please only share details you are comfortable sending.
Location and address lookup
If you tap the location pin, your browser asks for permission before sharing your position. We use it only to help fill in your delivery address. The address lookup uses OpenStreetMap, which receives the coordinates needed to find the address. You can decline and type your address instead.
Sharing your information
We share the minimum needed with delivery riders or courier partners so your order can reach you. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your cart and checkout details in your own browser (local storage) so you do not have to re-enter them. This stays on your device and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Third-party links
Our site links to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy practices that we do not control.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to run our business, handle returns and meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by messaging us on WhatsApp at 0334 104 9000. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law.
Children
