By visiting khalispack.pk or placing an order with KhalisPack, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order.

Our products

KhalisPack sells frozen samosas in 12 pc packs, and nan khatai, butter, khoya and desi ghee by the kg. Product photos are for illustration, and the actual product may vary slightly in shape, size and colour. Ingredient lists are shown on each product page. If you have allergies, please ask us before ordering, as our products may contain or be made near gluten, dairy and other allergens.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and are for the pack sizes or per-kg quantities shown on the site. Delivery charges are not included in the product price and are confirmed with your order. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Placing an order

You order through the site cart and checkout, which sends your order to us on WhatsApp. An order is accepted only when we confirm it to you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, your address is outside our delivery area, or we cannot reach you to confirm.

Delivery

We deliver in Lahore and nearby areas we serve. Delivery times given are estimates and not guarantees. Please give a correct address and a phone number that is reachable, and make sure someone can receive the order. We may charge again for a repeat delivery if we cannot reach you.

Payment

Payment methods are confirmed when we confirm your order, and may include cash on delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible.

Storage and cooking

Frozen products must be kept frozen at -18 C or below from the moment they arrive. Put them in the freezer immediately. Do not refreeze after thawing. Fry from frozen as directed on the pack or product page, and make sure the product is hot and cooked through before eating. Keep butter and khoya refrigerated, store desi ghee in a clean, dry, airtight jar in a cool place, and keep nan khatai in an airtight tin.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for free before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds and replacements

Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, thawed, spoiled, incorrect or incomplete, message us on WhatsApp on the day of delivery with a photo and your order details. After checking, we will replace the item or refund the affected amount.

Acceptable use

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt it, misuse the ordering system, or place false orders.

Intellectual property

The KhalisPack name, logo, photos, text and design belong to KhalisPack. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We take care to prepare and deliver safe food. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Lahore.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
