This page explains how KhalisPack orders are delivered and who pays for delivery.

We currently deliver in Lahore only.

We deliver through two ride and courier partners in Lahore:

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are not included in the product price and are paid by the customer. The charge is set by the delivery partner based on the distance to your address, and we will confirm the amount with you on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.

How the charge is paid

The delivery charge is handled by you, the customer, and is paid separately from the order total, directly to the rider on delivery or as arranged with us when we confirm your order. Please keep the amount ready.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. They depend on rider availability, traffic and weather.

Your address and availability

Please give a correct address and a phone number that is reachable, and make sure someone can receive the order. If the rider cannot reach you, a repeat delivery will be charged again to you.

Frozen and fresh products

Please put frozen items in the freezer, and butter and khoya in the fridge, as soon as your order arrives. See our Terms & Conditions for storage, cooking, refunds and replacements.
