How to fry Vegetable Samosa from frozen

Take the samosas straight from the freezer. Do not thaw them.
Heat oil in a pan or kadhai to medium heat, about 170 C.
Lower the samosas in gently. Do not overcrowd the pan.
Fry for 4 to 6 minutes until golden and hot in the centre.
Drain on paper, rest for a minute and serve with chutney.

Store the pack in the freezer at -18 C or below as soon as it arrives. Do not refreeze after thawing.
